RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Products are offered with a lifetime limited warranty on craftsmanship of blanks, any custom re-work will be done at material expense only. Due to custom work, returns and refunds are not possible
SHIPPING INFO
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and insurance is required
DEPOSITS
All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit, balance due upon completion. Any changes to the rod once construction has begun will incur an additional $25 fee
